This is the first ever event of it's kind in China and is set to become the leading event for both eLearning and employee development solutions in the Asia region.

Sally Ann Moore
The event director, Sally Ann Moore BSc, MBA is an international expert on training and development with a long string of successful Learning exhibitions and conferences in Paris, Amsterdam, Vienna, Moscow, Hong Kong, Dubai and Bahrain. Sally is an expert in Training and Knowledge Management, with over 20 years in the industry and a leading keynote speaker on eLearning and Competence Management. For the last 5 years she has been the managing director of ElearnExpo Moscow, iLearning Forum Paris and MELT Dubai. Sally-Ann Moore lives and works near Geneva.

Last year the government spent 35.2 billion USD on the computerisation of education, of which 25% was spent setting up distance learning for continuous adult education. This spend is expected to grow by 7% this year.
