Enterprise Learning Exhibition and Conference Launched

This first ever exhibition and conference dedicated to enterprise learning – training and development solutions for Chinese business is launched by GL events, the world leading exhibition and conference organisers in partnership with the undersigned enterprise learning expert.  China is the biggest new eLearning market on the planet:Last year the government spent 35.2 billion USD on the computerisation of education, of which 25% was spent setting up distance learning for continuous adult education. This spend is expected to grow by 7% this year. Chinese enterprise has realized the importance of staff development and training: according to the  report published recently by China Human Resource Development Network, 45.65% of companies had formal and written training plan for their staff which have been carried out; 41.30% of the companies had their training plan but without enforcement; only 13.04% of the companies have not made any personnel training plan. Also bigger the companies, the better execution of personnel training plans. In 2007, there were 200,000,000 Chinese learning foreign languages in China. Experts predicted that, in 2010, the total value of China’s English training market would reach 30,000,000,000.
