Enterprise Learning China to offer cutting-edge training management workshops - on 10th November

There are four workshops, designed to teach training management teams’ latest methods and strategies for managing human resource development and education, in a fast-paced global market place, with latest technology.

Workshop 1: "eLearning Primer for Training Executives" – Neil Lasher

This full-day workshop covers all aspects of e-Learning development – who should be involved and when to involve them, what are the pitfalls, how can they be avoided. Understand the technology without having to learn all the jargon. Learn to ask the right questions of the development team and the subject matter expert, and learn what to ask for from IT.

Workshop 2: "Building and Ensuring the Business Case for Enterprise Learning Projects" – Roger Olson, Managing Director, Olson Design

This half day workshop teaches training managers how to build a learning strategy for their organsiation, build the business case, measure the results and the ROI (Return on investment) – this workshop includes real examples and case studies from large organisations with ROI data.

Workshop 3 "Serious about Games" – David Wortley, Director of the Seroius Games Institute

In this half day workshop, David Wortley – Director of the Serious Games Institute (SGI at the University of Coventry in the UK) will introduce us to the use of games and virtual reality in enterprise learning, with examples. The workshop covers:
- Why games make effective enterprise learning tools
- Todays gaming technologies in learning, Virtual worlds
- Case studies and examples of serious games

Workshop 4: Power of Learning Workshop - Change Management Methodology with Celemi (Speaker TBC)

This is a full day workshop to learn about using Business Simulation design for enterprise learning.
